READ – Care Support Worker with Sponsorship (COS)

What You’ll Do;

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living (washing, dressing, medication, meal preparation, light domestic support)
• Offer companionship, reassurance, and emotional support to clients.
• Promote independence and dignity in every aspect of care.

What We’re Looking For;

• Compassion, patience, and respect for others.
• Good communication skills and a team spirit.
• A commitment to professional standards (including SSSC registration and working towards SVQ2).
• A valid right to work in the UK (role subject to PVG check).

Visa sponsorship available – applicants must already be living in the UK with the right to work or eligible to transfer a visa.
