Essential criteria
- RN (part 13) RMN, Or HCPC registered, OT or Physio or equivalent, Or Social Worker
Desirable criteria
- Clinical supervisor training
Experience

- Minimum of twelve months at Band 5 or equivalent responsibility in mental health
Desirable criteria
Experience in Cognitive / Memory Assessment activity
